If you do not have these at check in your reservation will be cancelled and you will not be checked in.

 All our dorm beds are reserved for travelers aged between 18 - 35 years only. Guests over 35 years are welcome to book private rooms only.  

Booking modifications and cancellations may be accepted up to the day before arrival via the link on the reservation confirmation email or via email to info@flindersbp.com.au 

Please check the terms and conditions of your specific booking. 

 Payment is taken on the day the reservation is made. 

Payment can be made by VISA or Mastercard. American Express is not accepted.

No booking modifications are allowed.

No refunds for any cancellations or early checkouts.

To cancel a reservation please do so via the link on the reservation confirmation email or via email to info@flindersbp.com.au

 Payment is due on arrival for check in at the property. 

No over-the-phone payments, payments before arrival or cheques are accepted. The credit card used to make the booking cannot be charged unless the physical card is provided at check in.

Payment can be accepted by cash, VISA, Mastercard. American Express is not accepted.

Any cancellations made within 24 hours of notice period will be charged the full rate for the first night, per person, to the credit card used to secure the reservation.

We do not allow drinking or storage of alcohol inside the rooms. We do allow guests to drink alcohol in the common areas on level 3 between 12 noon and 10pm.  

Smoking in the premises is totally prohibited. This includes e-cigarettes.   

•  The 14, 16 and 18 Bed Dorms do not have bathrooms on the same level as the rooms.
• The hostel is not always able to accommodate groups of more than 1 guest together in the same dorm rooms, as available beds may not be in the same room.
• Flinders Backpackers has the right to refuse stay at the time of check in, if the check in requirements are not met, and/or if any person has caused problems at the property or another property in the past.

 Flinders Backpackers is in the heart of the busy CBD. As such, guests may be disturbed by noise due to trams, traffic, and people on the busy streets surrounding the hostel as well as the noise from the bar and basement nightclub in the building, particularly on Friday and Saturday nights. If you are a light sleeper please seek alternative accommodation.
