What is check In time?

I'm leaving early or arriving late, will reception be open?
Our reception desk is open 24 hours
Do I need photo ID to check in?
Yes, every guest must have a VALID drivers licence or passport to check in
Do i have to pay a security deposit at check in?
Yes, each guest is required to pay a $20 cash security deposit at check in
If i lose my room key will i lose my security deposit?
There is a $10 non refundable charge for a lost room key
Do you accept children or guests under the age of 18?
No sorry we do not accept any children or guests under the age of 18. This includes our private rooms.
Is the hostel noisy?
Yes it can be. The hostel is located in the heart of the CBD, as such the noise from traffic, trams, and people can be difficult for some people to get to sleep.
There is also a bar and a nightclub in the building so Friday and Saturday nights can get very noise from the music from these two venues.
It is recommended if you are a light sleeper to seek alternative accommodation.

Unfortunately, we do not have onsite parking.

Do you have free luggage storage?
We have FREE unlocked communal luggage storage shelves.
We do have secure lockers big enough to fit all your valuables. These lockers cost only $2 for 6 hours.
Do you have free wifi?
Yes! All our rooms and common areas have unlimited FREE wifi.
Do you have laundry facilities?
Yes, we have laundry facilities available.
