Check in time is after 2pm.

Unfortunately, we do not have a luggage room but we do have secure lockers. Guests can use short term or long term that starts from $2 for the first six hours.

Guests must be over the age of 18 to stay at our hostel.

To check  in all guests must have:

     - VALID DRIVERS LICENSE OR PASSPORT
     - Credit card
     - $20 security deposit.

  If you do not have these, your  booking will be cancelled and you will not be checked in.

10am and no late check outs are allowed as we need to get the rooms cleaned for guests checking in at 2pm.

We have two laundry rooms in our hostel. Please see reception for information on there location and how to use them.

Linen is included in the price for all guests and towels are available from reception for $5 refundable deposit.

All dorm rooms have a locker per guest, you just need to provide your own lock.

Yes, on level 3. The kitchen is closed between 2-5 am every day. We provide free coffee, tea, pasta and rice.

All guest get an awesome free breakfast every morning between 7.30 - 9.30 am. This includes make your own pancakes. Yum!

The closest parking building is 300 Flinders St Melbourne. Weekend and midweek and evening parking is between $12-15 (prices as at April 2016). However if you book through www.secureparking.com.au before you arrive can sometimes find deals for parking as little as $6 a day!

The only rooms with private bathrooms are the double ensuite rooms. All other rooms have large shared bathrooms separated for male and female.

Yes, only 1 minute walk area. Coles supermarket is directly across the road and to the right on Elizabeth Street.

Yes, all changes and cancellations must be made by email 24 hours before arrival. Please, see our booking section for more information

If you want to stay with us longer and we have availability  your most welcome to extend you stay with us.

No, we believe that guest should disconnect to connect with other guests. However, internet is available to purchase and staff are more than happy to direct guest to many of the free wifi spots around the city.

You can receive mail while you're staying with us. If you are not checked in yet or moved on in your travels but are still expecting mail please let the reception know so you can go on our mail hold list.

From Melbourne Airport the Skybus shuttle bus service, operating 24 hours a day, picks up from out the front of each terminal and will drop you off at Southern Cross Station, Ticket will cost $19.00.

During the day Skybus offer a free transfer from Southern Cross Station to the hostel, please ask at their help desk of the airport for more information.

From Avalon Airport Sita Couches operates a shuttle service between Avalon Airport and Southern Cross Station in Melbourne City. It meets all arriving and departing major flights. Tickets cost $22.

From:  Southern Cross Station/Bus Terminal

Tram : Take tram number 86 or 96 up at Bourke street and then change to any Southbound   tram along Elizabeth Street.

Train: Take any train to Flinders Street Station and exit to Elizabeth Street. we are a short walk half a block northbound up Elizabeth Street on the left side and are located on the corner of Flinders Lane.

Taxi:  From the airport will cost approximatley $50- $70

Trams are free in the inner city of Melbourne but if you need to go outside of the city or use trains or buses you will need a Myki card.

These are available for purchase for $6 (price is for card only not public transport fare) from train stations.
